About Us

We are members of the Apostolic Society of St.Mary’s Province of Missionaries of Compassion. We are all called to be committed and compassionate to the thirsty, hungry, naked, sick, and homeless. Rev Dr Jose Kaimlett, our beloved Founder is a remarkable individual who was moved by the suffering he saw around him to establish a congregation for the Priests with the mission of eradicating poverty and wiping away tears through the Compassionate Ministry of Jesus Christ. His vision and aim was to create a world where every person, regardless of their background or circumstance, could live a life of dignity and fulfilment. With this goal in mind, Rev Dr Jose Kaimlett founded the Missionaries of Compassion on 24th May 2003 in the Archdiocese of Hyderabad on the Feast of “Mary Help of Christians”.
